All three live sessions will be highly interactive with many — many! — opportunities for group work, practice, and and discussion. We’ll have plenty of time for your questions and informal conversation. There will be role plays, practice, and hot seats.
Learning With Peers
You will go through the entire year with the same people, so you will develop relationships with your peers. You’ll learn together, grow together, and, likely, develop friends and colleagues you’ll stay in touch with for years to come.

Day 1: The Revenue Mindset
You deserve more revenue. How we think is exactly how we market and sell, so the first day will focus on shifting your mindset from what you sell to how you improve lives and companies. We’ll discuss the importance of gathering insights from your customers, and Alex will lay out exactly how to do this. We’ll practice these customer conversations, which give us powerful testimonials, case studies, marketing messaging, and mindset change. The focus of day one is your thinking — you’re a lot better, and deliver far more value — than you’re aware of.
In this session, you will connect with your accountability partner. These pairings will be peer-to-peer: owners with owners; vice presidents with their equals, etc. After each workshop, you will depart with a plan of attack specific to your own growth goals. Our focus is on action. You will leave these sessions ready to execute, and you’ll be able to connect with your accountability partner in between the workshops if you wish.
Day 2: Marketing Techniques For Revenue Growth
We’ll begin this session with a report on your progress with customer interviews, testimonial gathering, case study creation and mindset shifts discussed in the first workshop. Then Alex will lay out 20 or more marketing techniques for revenue growth. Nearly all of them are no-cost actions you can implement immediately upon your return to your office. By the end of this session, you will identify you top six tools, and commit to trying them, one per day, in 15 minutes or less, at your desk.
Day two will feature an excellent guest speaker on a topic that’s compelling and immediately relevant to the leaders in attendance.
Day 3: Action is Everything: Executing For Revenue
Nothing happens until we take action, and this final workshop dives into this critically important topic. So much revenue is lost to over-thinking, over-planning, over-meeting, and procrastination. We will examine what keeps each of us from taking action, and arm you with the tools to obliterate delays and execute short bursts of marketing communications (in 15 minutes or less) that will grow your revenue.
Day three will also feature a powerful guest speaker.
